How we work

Four moves. No catalogue.

FORTISYM backs solutions. We do not hunt for a problem to hang a product on. Every engagement runs through the same four moves.

01

Briefing

What the problem is, who owns it, and whether it is ColorTokens, Data Safe, power — or none of those.

02

Fit

We check budget, timescale and who can sign. If the product is the wrong tool, we say so here.

03

Vendor

The supplier comes into the room when the buyer is ready to hear the product — not before.

04

Decision

A proposal procurement can run with. We stay on it until there is an order, or a clear no.

Working with us

Whichever side you are on.

Buyers

You need one of these:

  • Stop an attack spreading through your network
  • Prove data on retired devices is actually gone
  • Put reliable power on site when the grid is not enough

We introduce the supplier and help you get to a decision.

Suppliers already in the book

You have the product. We run the sales motion:

  • find accounts where the problem matches the product
  • qualify budget, timescale and who signs
  • open the door and hold the relationship
  • bring you in when the buyer is ready, not before
  • stay on the deal through proposal, procurement and order

You keep the product, the contract terms and the delivery. We keep the commercial thread moving until there is an order, or a clear no.

Talk to us about the pipeline →

Bring us a product

Three questions before we take anything to market:

  • What does it do, in language a buyer already uses?
  • Who pays for it, and from which budget?
  • What counts as sold — licence, project, pilot that converts?

If those are clear we look at sector, territory and whether our buyer conversations can carry it. If they are not, we stop there.

The hard stops

What we do not do.

  • We do not pretend FORTISYM built the products we sell.
  • We do not add a partner to fill a logo wall.
  • We do not run a vendor meeting before the account is qualified.
  • We do not stay on a deal with no owner and no budget.

Start

Tell us which you are.

Buyer, supplier or new partner — the next step is the same conversation, and it ends in a straight yes or no.
